Audio & Video Operators Duties 1. Arrive 20 minutes before worship. 2. Power up and check system. 3. Check batteries in wireless devices and replace if necessary. 4. Get wireless devices to Pastor and Assisting Minister. 5. Preload DVD in recorder. 6. Provide help if needed for assisted hearing devices. 7. Operate sound and video equipment during worship. 8. At completion of service, locate wireless devices, power down and store. 9. Power down system. 10. Take Master DVD and current bulletins to DVD recording area. * 11. Duplicate Master DVD for shut-ins. 12. Power down DVD duplicator. 13. Leave Master DVD for pickup to download to website. 14. Check assisting hearing devices and make sure they are in charging unit.
Duties for Special Music
Arrive 10 minutes before rehearsal. **
Connect extra microphones and place where needed.
Operate system for sound check and adjust accordingly.
Continue regular worship service Audio & Video duties.
After completion of regular duties, disconnect microphones and place back in storage area located in the DVD recording area.
*Four copies are usually made unless there are special request for more.
**A/V person will be notified a few days prior to Sunday worship of any special music microphone needs.
